You’ll be at the forefront of AI innovation, driving performance, outcomes, and stability of our system. In this role you will : As the Generative AI Lead, you’ll guide our AI team through task assignment, supervision, mentoring, and obstacle removal, fostering a high-performance environment.

Your technical expertise will shine as you work hands-on in solution development, creating new features and ensuring system stability, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with LLMs.

Your strategic thinking will be crucial as you establish and document best practices, transferring knowledge across the organization and setting the standard for AI implementation.

Your communication skills will be at the forefront as you serve as the point of contact for upper management, interacting with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs.

Your expertise will drive innovation as you act as the subject matter expert for all Gen-AI efforts, shaping the future of AI applications across the organization.

What you bring to the table : 4+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET. 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.

2+ years of experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). 1+ year of experience in Prompt Engineering.

1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Proficiency in SQL databases. Advanced level of English. Nice to have : Experience with Databricks.
