Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team full-time. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our AI platform. You will work closely with our product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create designs that are both user-friendly and technically feasible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the UI designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users.

Qualifications:

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Experience designing for AI or data-driven platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of front-end development frameworks and libraries.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Understanding of the semiconductor industry and manufacturing processes.
