We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation Voice AI products for the restaurant industry. In this role, you will combine product strategy, rapid prototyping, and technical expertise to deliver conversational AI solutions that optimize drive-thru and phone ordering experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to design, test, and iterate AI features that enhance accuracy, coverage, and operational performance. This position offers the opportunity to influence both product direction and business outcomes while working in a fast-paced, innovative, and remote environment. You will define KPIs, guide product decisions using data insights, and ensure seamless, real-time ordering experiences for customers and restaurant staff. Accountabilities

  • Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans for Voice AI solutions.

  • Gather, prioritize, and manage requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research.

  • Design, scope, and launch AI features that improve accuracy, expand coverage, and optimize operational performance.

  • Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI tools and proof-of-concepts before full-scale development.

  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to iterate on conversational AI capabilities.

  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust priorities based on data insights.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of trends in LLMs, speech recognition, and conversational AI.

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure successful product launches.

  • Continuously refine the product based on analytics, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, or conversational/voice technology products.

  • Hands-on technical skills for rapid prototyping and proof-of-concepts using Python or similar tools.

  • Experience with LLMs, speech recognition/synthesis, and conversational AI systems.

  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, measure outcomes, and use analytics to guide product strategy.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and customer-facing teams.

  • Solid understanding of UX principles for conversational interfaces and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive experiences.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working US shift hours until 5 pm EST with a reliable remote setup.

  • Nice-to-have: experience in restaurant technology, call center automation, or real-time audio streaming.

  • Attitude of ownership, problem-solving, and willingness to dive into new challenges in a fast-moving environment.
