Job Description:

We’re seeking a Technical Content writer to join our marketing team and help communicate our AI solutions to the multifamily industry. This role is for you if you’re skilled at simplifying complex technology, AI, and Data-driven concepts into clear, engaging content that resonates with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create a variety of content (blog articles, case studies, web copy, social media posts) that highlights AI, automation, and data for the multifamily sector.
• Develop thought leadership pieces that simplify AI and data concepts for industry professionals.
• Turn technical insights into content for non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on AI trends and marketing strategies to keep content relevant.
• Analyze content performance and optimize for better results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Literature, Communication, Technology, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• At least two years of experience in B2B SaaS content creation.
• Strong understanding of AI/Data and the ability to simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences.
• Practical experience using ChatGPT as a co-thinker for content creation.
• A good visual sense to ensure cohesive interaction between copy and design elements.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
