• At least 2 years of experience with talent sourcing in IT.
• Solid experience with Boolean search techniques.
• Previous experience sourcing across Europe.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Previous experience with ATS database search, ideally with Recrutee.
• Strong English communication skills.
