We’re seeking a Talent Sourcer to connect technical talent with cutting-edge AI and deep tech companies. This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range of R38,000 - R40,000. Requirements

2–5 years of sourcing experience within the tech/engineering space
Strong understanding of European and UK tech markets
Proven ability to identify and attract highly technical profiles (e.g., software engineers, ML experts)
