The Strategic Operations & Corporate Development Associate will play a crucial role in Mistral AIβs scale, ensuring our strategic initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with our company’s vision, mission, and values.
Requirements:
A Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in M&A, Venture Capital or a related field, with a focus on technology, AI, or a related industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful M&A deals.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft strategic recommendations based on data insights.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to see the big picture and understand how different elements of a business / market / industry interact and influence each other
Strong Tech savviness, with the ability to understand Engineering matters (roles, jobs, ecosystems, organisations, tech stacks, etc)
A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, autonomous, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
Fluent in English
