Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver strategic, high-priority projects involving human data and AI.

• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, research, and product teams.

• Design, implement, and optimize processes for data collection and evaluation in RLHF and AI projects.

• Facilitate stakeholder communications and ensure clarity in written and verbal updates.

• Conduct research analysis to inform project direction and human data best practices.

• Champion a human-centric approach to data evaluation, ensuring ethical standards are met.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, monitoring progress and proactively resolving roadblocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience, ideally in the AI or RLHF domain.

• Strong background in computer science, with a focus on AI/ML.

• Demonstrated expertise in human data collection, annotation, or evaluation for AI projects.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with an emphasis on clarity and stakeholder alignment.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement in complex environments.

• Effective at coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience at leading AI or RLHF companies.

• Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in human data for AI.

• Advanced research or industry experience bridging human factors and artificial intelligence.
