We are looking for AI Data Trainers to generate engaging and informative content for various topics and fields in Spanish. This crucial role is tailored for professionals with the ability and enthusiasm to integrate their writing skills and expertise into the development of state-of-the-art AI models.

The Role: Combining Writing Expertise in your Native Language with AI Innovation

In this role, you will:

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of various topics.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model’s accuracy in various contexts.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability in the respective domains.

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional who exhibits:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree studied in Spanish, with a focus on linguistics/marketing/communication/business administration/political science or any related humanities/social science field.
• Exceptional proficiency in written Spanish: proficient in different writing styles/style guides and well versed in Grammar
• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of the Spanish language, including grammar, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics.
• Minimum B2-C1 level of English proficiency
• Enjoy editing and proofreading to create high quality copy.
• Analytical Excellence
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal or no supervision.
• Previous experience in writing for Large Language Models is a strong plus.

We conduct our work in English, but the AI training will be in Spanish. Therefore, it is important that you have at least a conversational level of English for our internal communication.
