Contribute your knowledge as a subject matter expert (SME) while working remotely with a passionate and innovative group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Document, track, and organize inventory using industry best practices and digital platforms.
• Arrange and coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Prepare items for shipment by packing, labeling, and documenting relevant shipment details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and refine shipping processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AI training, providing feedback and annotating shipping-related data to advance AI accuracy and capability.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms with team members and technical staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory clerk roles (e.g., Shipping Clerk, Receiver, Order Fulfillment Specialist).
• Strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of organizational ability.
• Comfort with digital platforms and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Keen analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to share expertise for AI development and data annotation tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience collaborating with technical or product teams.
