From model fine-tuning to production-grade deployments, AI Studio serves as the foundation for enterprise AI innovation.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who combines deep technical understanding of AI platforms with strong go-to-market execution skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments — partnering with engineering, product marketing, and sales — and who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make an impact at every stage of the product lifecycle.What You’ll DoPlatform OwnershipLead the development and scaling of key AI Studio platform features powering multiple AI productsTranslate complex technical needs (inference, fine-tuning, orchestration, MLOps) into clear product strategies and prioritized roadmapsCollaborate with engineering, ML, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, developer-friendly APIs, services, dashboards, and management toolsGo-to-Market Leadership:Own the GTM strategy for platform features: partner with product marketing to craft positioning, messaging, and launch materialsEnable sales and customer success teams by providing technical training, insights, and collateralDeliver occasional customer demos of platform capabilities — confidently communicating technical value to diverse audiencesDrive cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless executionCustomer & Market Insight:Conduct discovery with technical users and buyers (ML engineers, platform architects, CTOs) to deeply understand pain points and opportunitiesSynthesize insights across customer conversations, market trends, and internal feedback to inform the platform roadmapWhat You’ll Need5+ years of product management experience, preferably with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML platforms, MLOps tools, or developer infrastructureProven experience managing a platform supporting multiple AI-powered products at scaleStrong working knowledge of MLOps workflows, model deployment, monitoring, and optimization best practicesComfortable navigating highly technical discussions with engineers, ML teams, and technical buyersDemonstrated ability to lead go-to-market activities: launch planning, enablement, messaging alignment, and customer-facing demosExcellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills — able to influence without authority and drive outcomes across teamsA “builder’s mindset” — willing to step outside formal responsibilities to move the mission forwardNice to HaveExperience with open-source AI/ML ecosystems (MLflow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid on-prem/cloud AI deployment architecturesSpanish or Portuguese proficiencyPrevious experience in high-growth startups or scale-upsFusemachines is an Equal Opportunities Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
