Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the brand’s visual storytelling through marketing visuals, product design, and animations
- Lead the integration of AI tools into the creative workflow (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Veo)
- Bring AI-generated characters to life visually across platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams
- Create high-impact motion graphics and branded content
- Ensure consistency in visual systems across all touchpoints
- Deliver assets aligned with campaign goals and user journey narratives
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high quality
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates residing in Argentina only.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic, motion, or marketing design
- Advanced English level (C1+ required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with Figma (basic use acceptable)
- Strong animation and motion design skills
- Hands-on experience with creative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Ability to develop and lead AI-integrated workflows
- Portfolio must include:
- Marketing-focused motion/animation work
- Branding projects
- AI-powered creative executions
- At least one user journey or campaign visualized
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Dealbreaker: Applications without motion design and AI-related portfolio work will not be considered.
