Senior Marketing Lead, AI

Description:

• Lead and execute global growth strategies to scale paid AI subscriptions across Opera’s browser portfolio (desktop & mobile).
• Define and test compelling value propositions, pricing strategies, and messaging frameworks tailored to user segments and markets.
• Optimize the in-browser conversion funnel through iterative A/B testing, behavioral insights, and UX improvements.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to embed monetization features directly into the product experience.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and CRM teams to deliver high-impact cross-channel campaigns (paid, owned, earned).
• Drive go-to-market execution for new AI services, bundles, and localized offers.
• Track and report on KPIs; translate user and campaign data into actionable growth experiments.
• Identify and support partnership opportunities that amplify reach and deliver incremental value.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in growth, digital marketing, or subscription monetization - preferably in consumer tech, SaaS, or mobile apps.
• Proven track record of acquiring and retaining paying users at scale through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience running and analyzing experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimizations, offer tests).
• Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
• Collaborative mindset - comfortable working cross-functionally with product, analytics, design, and engineering.
