You will be part of an international team, working from our offices (or home) in Copenhagen, Vilnius and Warsaw. A team with a flat structure and informal atmosphere. You will be working in a self-organised Agile Squad, which brings together the best of expert knowledge to secure best standards for our solutions and increase end-to-end ownership.

You will:

• Build and maintain in agentic GenAI solutions in collaboration with other developers
• Implement and operationalize MCPs (Model Context Protocols) for scalable AI
• Build containerized AI solutions (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
• Take complete ownership of solutions (from solution design to deployment)
• Perform code review and debugging
• Write tests and documentation
• Mentor other team members and establish best practices in GenAI engineering (also engineering in general)
• Seek continuous improvement for yourself and your team as well as see the “big picture” but also “have an eye“ for the smallest details

About you:

• Proven experience in cloud engineering, proficiency in Java (backend) and React (frontend)
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI and agentic AI architectures
• Familiarity with containerized solutions and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
• Understanding of industry standard design principles, for example SOLID and Domain-Driven Design to implement microservices, REST APIs, etc
• Familiarity with testing such as unit- and integration-testing
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, etc. would be beneficial
• Knowledge and experience with distributed software using cloud service providers (eg. AWS), Docker, and a container orchestration platform (Openshift, Kubernetes, etc.) would be considered a bonusPositive attitude with a strong motivation to continuously learn and adapt
• Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
