The Role

We’re looking for a full-time, remote Senior Full Stack Engineer that has embraced AI as a superpower. We’re a small, super technical team with a huge vision. We want to work with similar-minded, high agency, self-motivated engineers.

When we say “high agency” we mean: You spot problems, own solutions, and execute without waiting for permission. You’re proactive, resourceful, and relentless about delivering value. You don’t just code - you shape outcomes. You know the roadmap, you share our goals and vision, and you make decisions that get us closer to achieving both.

Qualifications

• Great with React + Typescript
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby
• Knowledge of AI how to use LLMs to 10x yourself
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL / Supabase
• High agency required
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
