Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-Powered Applications: Architect, design, and develop scalable software components within a microservices architecture using Node.js, integrating generative AI models and services.
• Front-End Excellence: Create ReactJS-based components with a focus on applying Design Thinking principles to deliver AI-enhanced user interfaces.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement new generative AI features that align with user needs and business goals.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a domain expert, guiding the engineering team and introducing new AI technologies relevant to development needs.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge in Node.js, ReactJS, AWS, and generative AI technologies while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
• Design Collaboration: Contribute to the AI design process to ensure solutions are both functional, AI-enhanced, and visually compelling.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer, with strong expertise in Node.js and ReactJS. Experience with Python is a bonus.
• Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) is highly desirable.
• Cloud Proficiency: Proficient in AWS services, with experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
• Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microservices Architectures and RESTful API design principles.
• Location: Must be currently located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 DOE
