As a key member of the DevSecOps department within Foundational Products, your mission will be to guide and empower teams in adopting best-in-class DevSecOps toolchains while leveraging AI tooling to boost automation, security, and efficiency throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Embed AI capabilities into existing DevSecOps pipelines to enhance automation, security, and developer productivity
- Enable product teams to adopt standardized CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and secure development workflows
- Help teams implement automation strategies that reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency, especially through AI and ML
- Partner with engineering teams to adopt mature DevSecOps practices and AI-enabled tooling through hands-on support, training, and mentoring
- Work with platform, security, and operations teams to ensure cohesive implementation of DevSecOps strategies that align with enterprise goals
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven success in implementing CI/CD workflows and DevSecOps tooling in complex enterprise environments with GitHub and Azure (3+ years of experience)
- Interest in or experience with applying AI/ML technologies to enhance software delivery, security, and operations
- Hands-on experience working with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or AKS) and public cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience in using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools to implement infrastructure automation
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for workflow automation and integration tasks
- Strong communication and coaching skills to guide engineering teams through the implementation and adoption of next-generation DevSecOps best practices
- Strong verbal and written skills in English, at least at a B2 level
- Residence in Ukraine (remote work is eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
