About the Role:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that power our revolutionary products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and clinical experts, to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies into the product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models for AI-driven products.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning algorithms into production systems.
• Analyze large-scale medical datasets to extract actionable insights and drive innovation in product development.
• Serve as a key touchpoint for stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive strategic discussions around the application of AI and machine learning within the MedTech space, influencing product roadmaps and decision-making processes.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and machine learning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, including version control (Git), continuous integration, and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
