• Building analytical models to optimize business processes, such as operations, credit risk management and customer engagement
• Partnering with different departments to identify and execute data-driven projects
• Developing and deploying advanced analytical solutions for standardized model development processes

• Collaborating with data engineering teams to create robust data pipelines and scalable infrastructure

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s with analytical background, preferably in a quantitative discipline – Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics etc. (Master’s degree will be a plus)
• 4+ Years Experience in Data Science / Data Analytics
• Expert level experience in Data Analysis
• Solid experience with core machine learning algorithms with a strong focus on evaluating model performance
• Deep understanding of LLMs for document processing, NER and structured document analysis
• Hands-on experience with computer vision tools including PyTesseract, PaddleOCR, and vision-language models (VLMs)
• Excellent team member with an ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented and forward thinking,
• Good at communication and coordination, stakeholder management, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated and result oriented personality
• Desire to use modern technologies as a disruptive influence
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and English
• Open-minded for new technologies

• Manage the entire analytical process – from outlining the type of solution through implementation, interpretation of results and transferring capabilities to business units
• Use data assets to gain insights into current business processes and propose enhancements for core decision making processes
• Develop advanced analytical models, incorporating Machine Learning & LLM solutions; analyze, process and evaluate to create impact
• Build an in-depth understanding of the business domain and available data assets
• Communicate effectively with analytics/data experts as well as business managers to assess opportunities and develop data driven solutions
• Work on projects and exchange experiences, and continuously build methodological knowledge and skills
• Translate complex datasets into key strategy insight
