We are seeking a highly motivated Senior AI Product Success Manager to join AI & Agents Platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving AI Factory Platform, GenAI Corporate Products, and Agentic AI Products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, AI Engineering, UI/UX designers – and their agents;-). And will collaborate and learn with Business Stakeholders and Knowledge Workers across the company to define new work processes, pilot and experiment to clarify the value new technologies bring, and transfer them into composable product strategies and executional plans – and lead the team to outcomes. You will collaborate with OU business process experts and OU IT teams to scale and activate your capabilities, and articulate the value to senior managenet across the company.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate AI Product Success Manager with a startup mindset, who is not satisfied with the status quo and looks for opportunities and take challenges to disrupt outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Product Manager in driving roadmap, vision, and execution of a critical P&G Tasks/ JTBDs – and select the right AI technologies to best deliver the objective and meet the business goals.
• Define and prioritize product features, balancing technical feasibility, customer needs, and business impact.
• Work closely with Product Manager/Owner, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Stakeholders and Knowledge Workers to build scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to maintain competitive differentiation.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to define business requirements and translate them into product roadmaps. Develop metrics to measure product success and continuously refine AI solutions based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with P&G’s AI experts – and use their knowledge paired with your business, product and JTBD expertise to create outstanding results.

Job Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in preferably an FMCG core business process background, with a strong focus on AI driven processes and products.
• AI enthusiast – using and experiment with latest tools for work and beyond.
• Experience in working with deep technical experts (Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Architects).
• IT Background and ability to collaborate with both high technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of AI Engineering, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment IT environments.
• Passion for AI, Product Management, and a strong drive to learn, experiment, and innovate.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in startup-like conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in SAFe. Trained and certified as: PSPO1/2, SAFe, UX.

Nice-to-Have:

• Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic AI Products.
• Good understanding of AI Factory Technology Stack (TBC).
• Knowledge of Data Governance, AI Ethics, and AI TRiSM.
