The Position : We’re looking to hire a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will work with our clients in one of two ways:

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client’s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with strong AI knowledge.
• Design, develop, and test machine learning algorithms and models.
• Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify patterns and trends.
• Implement and optimize models in production environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation on machine learning models and processes.
• Identify and address issues during development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and inference techniques.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to align with FullStack’s client goals and deliver commitments.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently.
