Senior AI Engineer (Remote)

About the Role

As a core member of the engineering team, you’ll develop and maintain product-facing features that define the Scrollmark experience. You’ll work on foundational AI and machine learning infrastructure, collaborating with the latest generative technologies to create an innovative social copilot for brands. In this role, you’ll:

• Build and maintain product features that directly impact users
• Develop and refine multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, diffusion models, and utilize advanced AI techniques
• Run experiments, define metrics, and continuously evaluate new and existing models
• Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with product teams, to iterate based on customer feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry and research trends, and incorporate them into your work
• Blend generative AI and traditional machine learning approaches in a fast-paced environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, delivering production-ready code
• Experience working with state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve the performance of production AI systems that scale
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• A growth mindset—you learn quickly and work independently, excited to build, iterate, and launch features that shape our product
