Primary Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting best practices and advanced methodologies.
• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning, leveraging new technologies to enhance existing systems or create innovative solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver effective AI solutions.
• Data Preparation: Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare high-quality datasets for machine learning models.
• Model Development: Train, validate, and optimize machine learning models to meet performance and accuracy goals.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Implement AI models in production, monitor their performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency.
• Documentation: Create thorough documentation of models, algorithms, and methodologies to facilitate reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI solutions align with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a PhD is a plus.
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning, including a proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments. Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++.
• In-depth experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
