Senior AI Developer - Remote or Hybrid

Description:

• You will be the first one of a team that will build an AI Engine for Property Management.
• The AI Engine will ultimately fulfil the tasks of a Virtual Accountant for Property Management
• WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING …
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions to automate key workflows within our ERP platform (e.g., transaction categorization, anomaly detection, document processing) with cutting edge technologies and high successrates
• Lead the development of our AI assistant to assist users in daily accounting and property management tasks (e.g., answering financial queries, suggesting actions, auto-filling data).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to identify automation opportunities across the system.
• Integrate AI models into our production environment with scalability and reliability in mind.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI performance using real-world data and feedback loops.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.
• Startup mindset: proactive, flexible, and eager to shape the AI strategy in a fast-growing company.Preferably with a topical focus on recognition task in accounting
• Proven Expertise and passion in building well-structured solutions
• Experience leading technical direction by example
• You have an eye for quality and efficiently use & promote a variety testing practices that ensure successful dliveries
• Proven impact on product with complex workflows and translating them into functioning software
• You speak German and English either on a native or bilingual speaker level or with full professional proficiency (cross-border team communication) and willing to work in an international team
