Senior AI Developer

We are looking for a talented and seasoned Senior AI Developer to drive the creation of innovative, AI-based solutions for our organization.

This role is suited for a technical leader with in-depth expertise in .NET technologies, cloud-native architectures utilizing Microsoft Azure, and advanced AI frameworks like OpenAI, who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications built with .NET technologies, Microsoft Azure, and OpenAI
• Architect scalable and secure solutions using state-of-the-art AI models and NLP frameworks
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to bring AI research innovations into production-ready applications
• Implement software development best practices in architecture, coding standards, and quality assurance
• Guide, mentor, and support the development team to foster skill growth and collaboration
• Outline and manage technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and timely project delivery
• Coordinate CI/CD processes, automated testing environments, and Azure infrastructure as code setups
• Ensure adherence to security and data privacy guidelines across AI systems and platforms
• Explore and analyze emerging AI and cloud development trends to drive continuous learning

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Expertise in .NET Framework and/or .NET Core application programming
• Proficiency in creating cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services like App Services and Cognitive Services
• Skills in integrating OpenAI APIs, GPT models, or similar AI/ML technologies into applications
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven system designs
• Background in containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as infrastructure-as-code frameworks including Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and tools like Azure DevOps or comparable platforms
• Competency in technical leadership and mentoring teams with excellent communication abilities
• Capability to operate effectively in collaborative and Agile workflows

• Knowledge of processes for AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment
• Background in frameworks for real-time data processing and streaming
• Expertise in creating conversational AI systems or NLP-driven applications
• Understanding of security and compliance standards in AI and data-sensitive contexts
