Senior AI and Transformation Advisor

Description:

• Influence the direction and strategy of AI-driven transformation – transform industries and businesses with AI
• Design and implement AI operating models in collaboration with world-leading companies and technology platforms
• Unlock the benefits of the Sofigate AI Agent library and the Business Technology Standard
• Work alongside other inspiring business and technology leaders to solve real-world challenges
• Help define best practices in a rapidly evolving field
• Develop AI strategies and business renewal programs
• Act as a senior advisor and coach to executives on data and AI strategy and roadmap
• Plan and lead the development of large AI transformation programs generating real business impact
• Support sales and client development with strategic insights

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years in consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership
• Experience working with C-level executives to lead strategic AI transformations
• Experience applying AI at the core of business operations and strategy
• Ability to design and implement AI operating models and develop AI strategies
• Familiarity with AI agents / Sofigate AI Agent library and the Business Technology Standard
• Experience planning and leading large AI transformation programs
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English across technical and business domains
