Senior AI and Data Lead

Description:

• Influence the direction and strategy of AI-driven transformation – transform industries and businesses with AI
• Design and implement AI operating models in collaboration with world-leading companies and technology platforms
• Unlock the benefits of the Sofigate AI Agent library and the Business Technology Standard
• Design and implement scalable GenAI and AgenticAI systems
• Provide deep technical consulting for enterprise AI adoption
• Build and deploy AI models
• Support presales and business development with proposals and solution approaches
• Act as a trusted advisor in AI-transformation programmes
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Develop internal capabilities in GenAI and AgenticAI

Requirements:

• 8+ years in data architecture, AI systems, or technical consulting
• Experience working with GenAI models and agent-based AI systems
• Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices
• Proven ability to lead client engagements successfully
• Experience in design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and data solutions
• Experience supporting business transformation through GenAI and AgenticAI
• Ability to support presales and business development with proposals and solution approaches
• Strong communication skills in English; Finnish skills are considered an advantage
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms and/or core business platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow), technical presales, and enterprise transformation projects
