SDR - Cold Calling Prompt Engineer (FULLY REMOTE)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Cold Call Prompt Engineer for RevRing AI. Your job is to help us build and improve AI agents that talk to real people on the phone. These agents must be great at booking appointments and upselling for our clients, who are mid-sized companies. You will use your real cold calling skills to make our AI agents sound natural and help them convert more leads into sales.

Cold calling is not just reading a script. It takes skill to get people to listen, to build trust quickly, and to turn a phone call into a real meeting or sale. We need someone who has done this themselves, not just read about it. If you do not have hands-on cold calling and appointment setting experience, you will not be considered for this job. Our clients use our AI agents to get real results, so we need someone who understands what actually works on sales calls.

What You Will Do

• Write and test the words and questions our AI agents use on phone calls
• Make sure the AI sounds human and can answer common sales questions
• Change the AI’s words to get more appointments booked and upsells made
• Check how the AI is doing and write simple reports for our team and clients
• Work with other team members to improve the AI fast
• Use your own cold calling experience to make our AI better every week

What You Need

• Real experience making cold calls and booking appointments (this is a must have)
• Experience building, teaching, or writing prompts for voice AI agents (not just chatbots)
• Strong English skills. Fluent and clear, for business calls
• Able to work full time, in EST hours, from anywhere
• Detail oriented, flexible, and ready to learn
• Bonus if you have worked in SaaS sales or at fast-growing startups
