About the Role
- Strategic Account Targeting: Identifying mid-market and enterprise retail accounts with French and English speaking stakeholders; researching needs and mapping out key contacts.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Developing and executing personalised outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly.
- Multi-Thread Engagements: Expanding account relationships to include higher-level decision makers and champions. Key personas include CRM Directors, Marketing Directors, Customer Experience Directors, and Omnichannel/E-commerce Directors.
- Driving Deal Momentum: Qualifying leads, supporting pipeline progression with tailored messaging and timely touchpoints, and handing off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
- Sales Playbook Creation: Partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to document and refine a scalable, data-driven outreach playbook.
- Collaborating on Marketing: Ensuring alignment with marketing activities, including sponsorships, events, ads, and webinars, to amplify pipeline impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a B2B SDR or BDR role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity, pipeline, and conversion targets, preferably within AI/SaaS conversational commerce or enterprise retail, with a particular focus on cold-calling.
- Sales Expertise: Familiarity with selling SaaS to enterprise or retail clients; consultative approach able to engage C-level and director-level stakeholders with clear ROI focused value propositions.
- Analytical & Creative Mindset: Ability to design, execute, and analyse personalised outreach experiments for continuous optimisation.
- Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo or Lemlist, Clay or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Drive and Initiative: Eagerness to co-build a scalable sales playbook, iterate rapidly, and explore AI’s potential in SaaS.
- Collaborative Spirit: Team oriented, proactive in shaping processes and contributing to a high-growth environment.
