Sales Closer – AI Solutions (Remote)

About Us:

SR Solutions is an AI automation agency helping businesses streamline operations, capture more leads, and increase revenue through custom chatbot, voicebot, and automation systems. We’re expanding rapidly and building a high-performing sales team.

The Role:

We’re hiring Senior Sales Closers to run multiple qualified demos daily, present our AI solutions, and close deals. You’ll be paired with your own dedicated appointment setter and assigned an exclusive region (West Coast, Central, or East Coast).

What You’ll Do

• Run 4–5 qualified demos daily provided by your appointment setter
• Present and close deals averaging $3K–$10K
• Follow a proven sales process with scripts, training, and full support
• Collaborate closely with your setter to maximize regional results

Compensation

• Commission-only role with 15% of each sale (average $450 on a $3K deal, $1,500 on a $10K deal)
• Monthly earning potential: $10K–$25K+ based on consistent daily demos
• No cap on earnings
• Paid out Bi-Weekly

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of proven closing experience
• Understanding of AI technology and automation (We will train if you don’t)
• Confident on Zoom/Phone, excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a high-volume sales environment
