As we expand into the USA market, we are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis with view to salary in the future based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the USA market who can benefit from our AI marketing automation solutions.
- Prospect, build and nurture long-term relationships with businesses, understanding their specific needs and customizing solutions to drive success.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop sales strategies tailored to the US market, ensuring growth in lead conversion.
- Create your own prospect lists based on pre-defined data points and criteria, ensuring a targeted outreach strategy.
- Maintain a minimum daily outreach quota to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Present Natali.ai’s unique value proposition effectively to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in prospecting, business development, sales, or a related field within the USA market.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, AI technology, or SaaS products (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to work independently in a commission-based, remote role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for closing deals and growing business.
