About the Role:

FLCD helps the world’s leading companies enhance their AI models through human feedback. Are you an experienced English writer eager to apply your skills to train AI? We’re seeking talented, fluent English writers to support generative AI training. This remote, reading- and writing-intensive freelance role offers flexible hours, so you can work whenever it suits you best.

Responsibilities

• Read English text to rank AI-generated responses.
• Write and revise prompts and responses, including research and fact-checking.
• Evaluate the factual accuracy and relevance of AI-produced content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a writer or editor.
• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in a writing-related field from a selective institution.
• Strong writing style with excellent English spelling, grammar, logic, and reasoning skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to clearly articulate a text’s strengths and weaknesses.
