  • Key Responsibilities:*

  • Requirements:*

  • Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing higher education in a related field (e.g., Communication, Business, or Information Technology) is a plus.

  • No prior experience required; however, any customer service or technology-related experience will be advantageous.

  • Skills:

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

  • Proficient with web-based chat tools and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
