SATIGO is a stealth-mode AI cybersecurity innovator seeking a VP of Product Management with expertise in network security to influence threat detection and national defense. The role involves defining product vision and strategy for federal-grade AI cybersecurity solutions, collaborating with various teams, and engaging with federal agencies to address evolving threats.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for federal-grade AI cybersecurity and network security solutions.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to deliver next-generation autonomous security tools.
• Engage directly with federal agencies, defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure operators to shape products against evolving threats.
• Build, scale, and coach a high-performing product team — demonstrating team size at start vs size upon exit.
• Champion innovation that aligns with federal initiatives such as CISA’s infrastructure protection mandate.

Skills

• 10+ years in product management, showing clear progression from Product Manager → Senior → Leadership.
• Network security expertise within cybersecurity — proven delivery in threat detection, prevention, and incident response.
• Track record in scaling teams (number of PMs managed, org size at entry vs exit).
• Demonstrated success in building product strategy from scratch, delivering measurable mission outcomes.
• Strong communicator at C-suite and agency level, with the credibility to represent the company in federal briefings, conferences, and CISO forums.
• Prior or active federal security clearance is highly valued.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering federal projects or oversight of them.
