[Remote] Senior Software Implementation Consultant (US)

The Senior Software Implementation Consultant will lead complex software implementation projects, work closely with enterprise customers to drive successful onboarding, and ensure they maximize the value of the Dayshape platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to interrogate the customer’s current and future working processes and existing systems, identifying any technical gaps, documenting requirements, designing solutions and ensuring successful project delivery
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, and translate them into configuration and data specifications
• Provide thorough assessments of current-state and future-state business processes to establish technical solutions and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Deliver comprehensive demos of Dayshape to new and prospective customers contextualising how the product can be used to transform their business process
• Understand and build workflows for our complex customers
• Run large onsite UAT sessions, managing issue trackers and tickets to ensure timely resolution, working with product to translate enhancement requests
• Prepare and deliver customer ‘train the trainer' training
• Work with large, complex data sets
• Support the wider team with technical guidance
• Identify areas of improvement for customers and Dayshape’s rollout methodology
• Mentor less experienced members of the team
• Support the production of Statements of Work by inputting into solutioning the implementation of Dayshape

Skills

• Extensive experience in a similar role involving consultative implementations
• Possess a blend of soft and technical skills to effectively analyze business needs
• Significant experience working with or within large global enterprises, including accountancy, professional services firms, media agencies or IT consultancies
• Hands on experience configuring complex software solutions and designing for integrations with CRM and ERP solutions- experience working with ADF, JSON, SQL and JavaScript will be useful
• Strong customer-facing skills, we need you to win their hearts and minds and guide them through difficult business changes
• A consultative attitude and demonstratable experience providing solutions to customers requirements, for example, experience in a Business Analyst position
• The ability to contextualise the pain points in a customer’s business and understand how to apply and configure Dayshape to bring business efficiencies and improvements
• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Experience mentoring less experienced members of the team
• Comfortable deputizing for a Project Manager
• The ability and attitude to contribute from day one
• Experience implementing Workday or other PSA solutions
• Experience working in resource management
• Experience leading current-state and future-state workshops as part of the implementation project
• Implementation pre-sales (solution consultant) experience
• A seasoned remote worker with experience working in a geographically distributed team.
