Job Responsibilities:

• Work on generative AI model development and training, encompassing text, image, and video;
• Investigate, create, and construct new models for the generation of text, images, and videos by adjusting and changing core models to our particular use cases;
• Lead the creation of pipelines for cleaning and preparing data to support model training;
• Optimize models for deployment, considering performance, latency, and resource utilization;
• Stay at the forefront of the latest research in the field of generative AI;
• Work autonomously and take ownership of projects from ideation to deployment.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Science (or a related field);
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an AI Developer;
• Extensive experience with training and deploying generative AI models;
• Solid competence with PyTorch, Deep Learning, and Cloud infrastructure model training;
• Demonstrable research experience in AI;
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision;
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
