Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Curious AI is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, and possess excellent time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
3. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information about our services.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
