To continue pushing boundaries, we’re looking for exceptional talent Your Mission: Develop, deploy, and optimize cutting-edge machine learning models for accurate extraction and structuring of data from complex documents. Design and implement scalable NLP pipelines to handle vast quantities of unstructured and structured data. Continuously refine models through experimentation and data-driven analysis to maximize accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful, real-world solutions. We’re looking for: Proven expertise (5+) in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning with solid knowledge of frameworks such as Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face, or scikit-learn. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data processing tools (Pandas, Num Py, Dask). Experience deploying models to production using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Background in computer science, including understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and passion for tackling challenging issues in document automation and compliance workflows
