Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize quantum computing algorithms and AI models for real-world applications.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and documentation to enhance quantum computing skills within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate quantum solutions into broader AI pipelines and systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and AI practitioners, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in quantum computing and AI, and introduce best practices into the team’s workflow.
- Create and maintain high-quality, clear written and verbal communication to support project goals.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within distributed remote teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum computing and its practical applications.
- Strong experience in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in AI/ML model development and integration with quantum algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear knowledge transfer.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train technical teams in complex topics.
- Solid foundation in mathematics, computational theory, and quantum mechanics.
- Previous experience working in a remote, distributed engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD or advanced degree in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
- Hands-on experience developing educational materials or training programs for quantum or AI technologies.
- Publications, talks, or contributions to the open-source quantum computing community.
