QA & Support Specialist

In just 2 years, we’ve developed and commercialized a fully-fledged AI product used by healthcare workers every day in a fast-growing number of hospitals and care homes.

This job is in-person at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Role & Required Skills****The Job

As a QA & Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our AI system, having a direct impact in the reliability of a system thats changing healthcare. You will troubleshoot issues, provide external support to customers, communicate internally with engineers, and help drive continuous improvement in our product. Depending on your profile and ambitions, you might take ownership of QA processes and work closely with engineering teams to design and implement testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to customers, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Create detailed tickets and investigate system failures, possibly on-site at the customer, and aggregate customer complaints and translate them into actionable product improvements.
  • Execute small-scale fixes or suggest technical solutions, and perform on-site fixes when required.
  • Maintain an up-to-date “Top 10” list of key issues to focus on.
  • Proactively use the product to identify and resolve potential faults before they impact users, and conduct performance test before system go-live at client sites.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience with:

  • Basic programming skills.
  • QA testing and issue tracking using tools such as Linear.
  • Basic troubleshooting, both software and hardware.
  • Communicating effectively between technical and non-technical teams.
  • (Optional) Experience in the healthcare or medical technology field would be a plus.
