What You Will Be Doing

• Design and deploy AI-driven test automation frameworks to optimize test coverage and streamline efficiencies.
• Leverage GenAI to interpret testing outcomes, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
• Utilize GenAI to mimic user scenarios, create stress conditions, and explore edge cases to preemptively identify potential issues.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Engaging in repetitive, manual test case writing and maintenance.
• Waiting for tickets to address QA tasks at the end of the development process.
• Validating work without influencing the overall quality strategy and release decisions.

QA Automation Engineer Key Responsibilities

Deliver seamless, high-quality releases by spearheading AI-driven QA automation and quality audits to uphold release standards.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in QA engineering with direct experience in test automation frameworks.
• Proven experience with GenAI tools in development or QA processes.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
