We offer AI-powered products and consultancy services tailored for sectors such as finance, retail, healthcare, insurance, and telecommunications.We are looking for an AI Project Manager who will lead end-to-end project management processes in AI-focused product and service development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of business needs, and the ability to demonstrate effective leadership in multi-stakeholder environments.Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of projects involving deep learning, recommendation systems, natural language processing, and agentic AI technologiesHandle project planning, scheduling, scope management, risk analysis, and resource allocationEnsure effective coordination between technical teams (data engineering, software development, ML engineering) and business units (product, sales, legal, etc.)Deliver project outputs in alignment with business goals, on time, and with high quality standards Lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear understanding and follow-up of requirements Conduct continuous improvement-focused retrospectives and post-project evaluations Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills: ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently Manage diverse stakeholders including senior management, clients, and technical teamsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in a technical role such as software development, data engineering, or business analysis Active experience in a project management role in the last 2-3 years Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English Ability to connect technical topics with business needs and facilitate effective communication between business and ITExcellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProactive communicator with strong persuasion and influence skills in multi-stakeholder settings Prior experience in AI projects is a strong plus; openness to learn in this field is a must Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; preferably holds PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certificationWhat We Offer: Opportunity to work on leading agentic AI platforms in TurkeyA forward-thinking, innovation-driven, and growth-oriented organizationHands-on experience with scalable AI solutions across multiple industriesFlexibility to work remotelyOngoing support for certifications and training for professional development Show more Show less
