Lead the implementation of an AI roadmap (customer service automation and expert chatbot for weighing technology).
Coordinate with external partners (Odoo, AI consultants) and internal development and systems teams.
Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met across all phases.
Manage backlog, priorities, and success metrics for projects.
Contribute to the design of user experience (UX) for our ecommerce and digital tools.
Drive projects in the field of multichannel and multilingual e-commerce, from process improvements to customer experience optimization.
Prepare regular progress reports for management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in digital or technology environments.
Experience managing e-commerce projects (integrations, new functionalities, UX, CRO, etc.).
Previous knowledge or hands-on experience in projects involving Artificial Intelligence (not required to be a technical expert, but must have participated in real implementations).
Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (internal and external).
C1 level in both English and Spanish (mandatory for managing international projects).
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (French or German is a plus).
Practical, problem-solving mindset with strong results orientation.
Nice to Have
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields with digital specialization.
Specific experience in UX / conversational design.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo or similar).
