We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of the industrial connected worker software landscape to join our dynamic team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive customer value.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to bring products to market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industrial connected worker market, including emerging technologies and trends.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
  • Drive product development through agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to gather insights and drive product adoption.
  • Work with a cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working for an industrial connected worker software platform.
  • Proven ability to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage a product roadmap.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in industrial settings.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive product success.
  • Experience working with global teams, customers, and partners is preferred.
