What You’ll Do

Own the Quality Narrative

• Collaborate with Product Managers from ideation to launch to define what “good” looks like.
• Translate fuzzy product ideas into clear, testable acceptance criteria and call out anything vague.

AI-First Testing & Tooling

• Build and maintain smart automated test suites using tools like Testsigma, AccelQ, or any new AI-powered QA tech.
• Coach the team on where AI can reduce tedious regression cycles and where human intuition still reigns.

Automate Like a Developer

• Write lightweight automation scripts (Python preferred, but JavaScript or Java also welcome) to test APIs, mock data, and generate load.
• Keep the CI/CD pipeline stable if it breaks, you re already on it before Slack lights up.

Exploratory Sherlocking

• Put on the traveler hat and explore the product to find those tricky, production-only bugs.
• Log crystal-clear bugs engineers actually thank you for.

Data-Driven Feedback Loops

• Dive into logs, dashboards, and SQL queries to detect flakiness and trending issues.
• Use data, not gut feelings, to recommend improvements.

Release Confidence & Post-Launch Vigil

• Approve (or hold) production releases with confidence.
• Monitor live metrics post-launch to catch and fix issues before users notice.

Who You Are

• Degree: BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Skills: Comfortable coding automation scripts (Python is a plus).
• Experience: 1-4 years in real-world QA/testing, ready to move beyond checkbox testing to AI-powered efficiency.
• Collaboration: You speak fluent engineer and product manager, bridging gaps smoothly.
• Detail-Oriented: You catch pixel-perfect UI glitches and subtle latency spikes.
• Curious Learner: The moment a new AI testing tool launches, you re already exploring it.
