Eastrise Group is a new venture building connective infrastructure between Europe and Africa. We’re looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy Operations & AI Assistant to help us lay the foundations for our operational backbone.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, HR or admin, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Curious and proactive, not afraid to build new systems or find better ways of working
- Good understanding of AI productivity tools, and excited to explore new ways of integrating them
- Comfortable working remotely and managing up with initiative
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must; Polish or Swahili is a plus
