Operations Project Manager (Portugal-based Remote/Hybrid)
The Operations Project Manager manages and optimizes the operational processes of the Member and Client Operations team. This role will focus on implementing and coordinating various critical projects of the team, including AI implementation, return projects, termination processes, and client processes. The Operations Project Manager will ensure that these projects are executed efficiently, align with the company’s strategic goals, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Execution:
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for each assigned project.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct regular process audits and assessments to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate special projects:
AI Implementation
Oversee the implementation of AI technologies across relevant departments.
Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to ensure successful integration and deployment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, making adjustments as necessary.
Return Projects
Manage projects related to the return of products, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to streamline the return process.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize return rates and improve return handling efficiency.
Termination Process:
Lead the management and optimization of the client termination process.
Work closely with HR, IT, and legal teams to ensure a smooth and compliant termination process.
Develop and maintain documentation and guidelines for the termination process.
Client Processes:
Oversee and improve client-facing processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with customer success, sales, and other teams to identify and address process inefficiencies.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for client interactions.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
Facilitate regular meetings and updates to inform stakeholders of project status and changes.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
