Curious AI is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with up to one year of experience who are looking to enhance their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are met with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Responsibilities:*

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide high-quality support through online channels including chat, email, and social media. Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, informative, and timely manner.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues efficiently and work towards resolving them promptly. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers. Stay updated on new product launches and company policies.

  • Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions in our systems for tracking and reporting purposes. Maintain and manage customer accounts with attention to detail.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and management to foster a positive team environment. Share best practices and assist colleagues as needed.

  • Adaptability: Be flexible and willing to adjust to changes in procedures, schedules, and technologies as the company evolves.

  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics as outlined by management. Strive for continual improvement through self-evaluation and feedback.

  • Requirements:*

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service are a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or call center environment.

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Familiarity with online communication tools is preferred.

  • Personality Traits: Must be dedicated and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of engagement with team members and customers.
