Summary
As an Office Manager Freelance based in Paris, you will lead a specific project concerning the relocation of our Paris office and assist with daily logistical needs. Reporting to the Office Manager team, key responsibilities include preparing inventory, planning the moving schedule, reviewing leases, managing vendors, and handling all logistic aspects of furniture. You will also maintain a friendly work atmosphere, act as a central point of contact for office-related questions, and manage internal and external stakeholders.
Must Have
- Prepare inventory and office audit
- Plan the schedule of the moving
- Help us reviewing the lease
- Managing vendors and suppliers before and after the moving
- Be in charge of logistic aspects of furniture moving and settling in
- Answer to all questions related to this project
- Help OM team so that our Paris offices is up and running
- Act as the go-to-person for all questions related to the office
- Deal with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, visitors…)
- Experience as Office Manager or Event Manager in a start-up or scale-up (2-5 years)
- Already managed two large office movings

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Help us prepare the moving of our office and onboard them smoothly
- Prepare inventory and office audit
- Plan the schedule of the moving
- Help us reviewing the lease
- Managing vendors and suppliers before and after the moving
- Be in charge of logistic aspects of furniture moving and settling in
- Answer to all questions related to this project
- Maintain and develop a nice and friendly work atmosphere for all Mistralers
- Help OM team so that our Paris offices is up and running
- Act as the go-to-person for all questions related to the office
- Deal with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, visitors…)
Experience and Skills
- Experience as Office Manager or Event Manager in a start-up or scale-up (2-5 years).
- Already managed two large office movings
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or ticketing systems supporting employee requests
- You must be fluent in English (this is a strong requirement)
