ML Engineer - Deep Learning ( Remote-USD)

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Deep Learning to work on cutting-edge AI solutions, including computer vision, natural language processing, and generative models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions.
• Participate in research and the design of innovative tools, architectures, and models.
• Work with advanced technologies including NLP, computer vision, LLMs, recommender systems, and generative models for images and video.
• Propose and implement new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Collaborate on projects involving edge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi), object tracking, and the latest ML frameworks like LangChain, Diffusers, and TensorRT.
• Contribute to a collaborative, agile (Scrum) work environment.
• Previous experience in software development roles.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: NLP, computer vision, LLMs, or predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and tools such as TensorFlow, Docker, SQL, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a passion for learning.
• Teamwork-oriented mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Raspberry Pi or Jetson devices.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Salary in USD (contractor) or uruguayan pesos in Uruguay (dependent relationship)
